1)    If I sign with you – what are my costs?

a.     The Legion Publishers will cover the costs of cover designers, editors, social media assistance, audiobook production (if done in-house, see contract for deals negotiated by The Legion Publishers for third-party production), standard marketing, book formatting, logo creation, standard merchandise setup and all fees associated with the publication of the book.

 

2)    Will those costs come out of my royalties before I receive payment?

a.     No! Those amounts are fully the responsibility of The Legion Publishers. When we sign an author, we fully believe in you and your works, as well as your future success!

 

3)    If I don't want to publish with The Legion Publishers, can I still utilize some of the other services you offer?

a.     Absolutely! On our website, you will find Services for Independent Clients. This area is for Independently Published Authors, Authors going through a different Publishing House, and Narrators looking for extra help! We have a large variety of services offered, and will be happy to discuss your goals, forming a package that fits your needs and budget.

 

4)    I've submitted my book, when will I hear back?

a.     We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your submission. Our team then will read through your submission and meet to discuss submissions. The number of submissions received varies greatly, so we do not have a standard turnaround time, but we will do our best to get in touch with you within 5 weeks. If you haven't heard from us, don't assume we aren't interested!
